Chris and Blair began building custom homes together in the early 1970s in Northern California. Relocating to the Coachella Valley in 1981 they have focused on building premier custom homes throughout the desert including homes at the Vintage Club, The Reserve, Eldorado, Bighorn and Mirada. As equal business partners Blair and Chris both combine on hands field experience with business backgrounds promoting an efficient and organized building operation.

 

Blair attended Oregon State University graduating in 1974 as well as MBA graduate school at San Diego State University. He was employed by Xerox and other national corporations before joining Chris.   

 

Chris attended the University of Oregon graduating in 1972 and also enrolled in the MBA program at SDSU. Chris was employed by Transamerica, Centex Homes and the Vintage Club before combining forces with Blair

 

Their focus is building high end custom homes in the Coachella Valley. They occasionally under take specialty commercial projects such as the Imago Art Gallery in Palm Desert. They typically have two to three custom homes under construction and employ a specialized staff of four to eight people including project managers and field superintendents.

 

Their  12,000 sf office-warehouse complex is located in Palm Desert and includes a wood shop, metal shop and warehouse storage space for early delivery of building materials.
